My 17 year old brother told me this the other night when he told me he is too old to be going trick-or-treating. I was 14 when I stopped going. Its for the little kids. Big kids/teens shouldn't be going, Go out with your friends to a haunted house; or go to a party; hand out candy; take a little sibling door to door.

There are some things that you are never too old to continue doing, but trick-or-treating isn't one of em.

Ok, so here is the rule of thumb for trick or treating when you are a teen. If you are dressed up and being respectful then it is fine. As soon as you are just going out in street clothes (or you are going out to figure out who is handing out raisins so you can TP them later), then you are too old. Also, remember that there are a ton of little kids out trick or treating so you have to be respectful of them. Also be respectful of the homeowners that are giving you candy, say "trick or treat" and "thank you"

I'm 17 and personally, I find nothing wrong with me and a couple of friends my age going trick or treating. It is fun and it keeps us out of the trouble that could happen on Halloween night. This year, I'm going with my best friend. Last year, I went with my boyfriend, it was a very unique date and I enjoyed it a lot. I mean, it was very romantic because we were walking hand in hand with each other down the street, talking and having fun instead of being at a party that gets busted by the cops.

if you free candy get discount on candy at the story like a cart full and watch movies at home and call it a day and sleep in :-)

that is better then trick or treating you get everything you want when

you go shopping by your self so don't have to leave the house later for more

14-15 is a good cut-off date for going house to house trick or treating. Many elderly people love to give out treats to younger children, but get upset to the point that some become scared with older trick or treaters demanding treats as well.

My family had an age rule for trick or treating. The last Halloween I was to be allowed to go out, I was recovering from an illness. My mother did not let me go out because she didn't want me to become sick again. So I dressed up and was allowed to pass out the treats, I think I enjoyed that more than any of the years I had been the trick or treater.

However, one is never too old to celebrate Halloween. I love dressing up for Halloween and going to parties. It's also fun when a business allows its employees to dress up.

i'm 15, that's my final 365 days trick or treating. i'm basically nevertheless doing it because of the fact I certainly have a 2 365 days ok brother i'm taking with kin. Tbh, i think of 15 is the final 365 days you may desire to, yet enable youngsters carry directly to basically a sprint greater of there adolescence, it wont be too long beforehand they're compelled to advance up. young ones advance up too rapid those days it somewhat is sturdy to decelerate a sprint. nonetheless while you're over 12 you may desire to have a gown.
